These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by HelpingHand VA (“the Company”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Services Provided

HelpingHand VA offers various virtual assistant services, including but not limited to administrative assistance, customer service, social media marketing, data entry, and medical office management. Specific services will be outlined in a service agreement or proposal between the Company and the Client.

Engagement of Services

To engage our services, the Client must provide necessary details and agree on the scope of work. A written agreement or contract will be prepared, outlining the services to be provided, timelines, fees, and payment terms.

Payment Terms

• All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the service agreement. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid within the timeframe specified.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services until the outstanding balance is paid.

Confidentiality

• HelpingHand VA is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information. We will not disclose, share, or use any information provided by the Client for purposes other than those agreed upon.
• Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information from unauthorized use or disclosure.

Data Security

• We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet and will not be liable for breaches beyond our control.
• Clients are responsible for securing any passwords or access credentials shared with HelpingHand VA.

Client Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of services.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relation to their business activities.

Limitation of Liability

• HelpingHand VA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice of at least 30 days.
• HelpingHand VA reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if the Client fails to comply with these terms or engages in illegal or unethical behavior.

Amendments to Terms

• HelpingHand VA reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
